Are your signs original?

Yes. Our signs are sourced from dealerships, private collectors and specialist auctions, primarily in Europe. Each piece is assessed for originality, condition and history before it is offered. Listings describe the condition honestly, including any restoration or servicing.

Will an illuminated sign work in my country?

Most of our signs keep their original European 220V configuration. Every illuminated sign comes with a 220/110V converter, so it can be plugged in anywhere in the world, including the US.

How are signs packed and shipped?

Each sign is packed in a custom-built wooden crate by a professional crating company. Crating takes 3–7 business days, and we then ship worldwide with FedEx or DHL. All shipments are fully insured in transit, and you receive a tracking number on dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on the sign's size, weight and destination. Contact us for a quote before purchase.

Can I pay by bank wire?

Yes. Bank wire is available for all orders and is preferred for high-value pieces. Contact us and we'll send you our wire details and a formal invoice.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the sign and packaging. We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a resolution. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Can I see more photos or a video before buying?

Of course. Contact us by email or WhatsApp and we'll send additional photos or a video of the sign lit up.

Do you help find specific signs?

Yes. If you're looking for a particular brand or piece, tell us. Through our network of collectors and dealers, we can often locate signs that never reach the open market.
